The organizer of the integrated digital service ecosystem of the Indonesian Government, INA Digital, is set to launch three limited services in September 2024, which will include nine initial features of government services.

The government will carry out a phased Limited Release for the three initial products developed by INA Digital. The Stage 1 (Alpha) Limited Release, scheduled for the fourth week of September 2024, will launch the INA Ku, INA Gov, and INA Pas applications, marking a new era in the digital transformation of the government.

"This Limited Release represents a new approach to application development within the Government. Previously, we might have been too focused on the launch event itself rather than the readiness of the product to be used," said Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, after attending a Limited Meeting at the Presidential Palace on Tuesday (03/09), as quoted from menpan.go.id.

INA Gov, or the Government Administration Portal, will eventually integrate services for state apparatus, including ASN (State Civil Apparatus) profiles, ASN performance targets, ASN learning media, and services for promotions, transfers, and terminations. Meanwhile, INA Pas, or the Integrated Digital Identity, will become the cornerstone of system and application integration.

"As for INA Ku, or the Public Service Portal, it will integrate various services in education, health, social affairs, population administration, and BPJS," he explained.

Anas mentioned that the Stage 1 (Alpha) Limited Release would involve 10,000 ASNs in INA Gov and 40,000 users in INA Ku. The Stage 1 Limited Release introduces basic features to users on a limited basis to gather feedback and conduct early identification.

Meanwhile, the Stage 2 (Beta) Limited Release will be expanded to involve 138 government agencies in INA Gov and more than 40,000 users in INA Ku. The features released will be broader for a limited number of external users to minimize obstacles for improvement and refinement.

"At the final stage, a full release will be conducted for all users and will be done openly. The version used will be more stable with features continuously expanded according to needs," he said.

Anas urged all ministries and institutions to support the implementation of the Stage 1 Limited Release. This support includes preparing the integration of digital services in their respective institutions to be connected immediately to the Public Service Portal and the Government Administration Portal.
